Postponed tournaments

The state of emergency disposed on March 11 to curb the coronavirus epidemic, as well as the later announced curfew, will also have a serious impact on the organization of golf tournaments. Therefore, the Hungarian Golf Federation notifies the esteemed golfers, the competitors entering the tournaments, the parents, the club directors, the stakeholders of the Hungarian golf life that all its competitions planned until 31 May 2020 will be postponed, emphasizing that until the end of the emergency, all 2020 scheduled tournaments will be organized at a later date.

The postponement currently affects three championships, five ranking competitions and two Junior Tour rounds. The Hungarian Golf Federation is constantly monitoring the Government's epidemiological measures and will provide information on changes to this year's competition calendar as soon as possible.
