MidAm Golf Tour 2019 launched

Our member-association, the Hungarian Mid-Amateur Golf Association launches its „MidAm Golf Tour 2019” tournament series with four events in 2019.

The tournament series will visit Hencse, Balatonudvari, Zalacsány and Alcsútdoboz, the most scenic golf courses in Hungary. One of its specialty will be, that beside the form of stroke-play, players can compete in different game forms, such as match play and their result will be evaluated in gross stableford points, or stroke minus handicap. A uniqueness of the series will also be that the best 6 will be prized. Points will be collected on each tournament and winners of gents and ladies category will be invited for the MidAm Winter Training in 2019/20.

The points of MidAm Golf Tour 2019 will be added to the National Order of Merit list and also will be taken into account upon evaluation of MidAm Golfer of the Year published by the Hungarian Golf Association.
